Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our CHD team with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in speaking English and MS Excel. Experience in procurement domains is a plus. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational tasks related to procurement processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of procurement transactions.
  • Utilize MS Excel to maintain and analyze procurement data.
  • Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support in resolving procurement-related issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve procurement processes.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of procurement transactions and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement guidelines and best practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of procurement systems and processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong proficiency in speaking English.
  • Must have advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Nice to have experience in procurement domains such as Procurement(Manlog IndMfg) Procurement(Manlog ProcMfg) and Procure to Pay
  • Procurement.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Nice to have experience in a work-from-home environment.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Nice to have knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

  • Certifications Required

    Certification in MS Excel or Procurement Management is preferred.
