Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Manager-Ops with 10 to 12 years of experience in Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset Management Operations and possess excellent technical skills. The role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate should be a native English speaker with proficient reading writing and speaking skills.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Asset Management Operations team to ensure efficient and effective management of assets.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of asset management operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to asset management operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Manage private equity fund accounting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team performance and operational metrics.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have 10 to 12 years of experience in Asset Management.
  • Should have strong technical skills in Asset Management Operations.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting Reconciliation and Private Equity Fund Accounting is a plus.
  • Must be a native English speaker with proficient reading writing and speaking skills.
  • Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work night shifts from the office.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
