Job summary

As a Program Manager with 22 to 24 years of experience you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of projects using Planview PPM. You will be responsible for managing portfolios and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects using Planview PPM to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the management of project portfolios to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization.
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project performance.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives deliverables and success criteria.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and standards in project management.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve project performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management function.

  • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in using Planview PPM for project and portfolio management.
  • Strong strategic leadership skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
