Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in ServiceNow Order Management and ServiceNow ITAM. A background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a day shift with no travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Order Management and ServiceNow ITAM.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITAM with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Order Management to optimize order processing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop infrastructure strategies.
  • Ensure the infrastructure architecture aligns with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks in the infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and processes.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on infrastructure best practices and technologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the companys overall success by ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Order Management and ServiceNow ITAM.
  • Should possess a strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proven track record of successful infrastructure projects.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure issues.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have experience in mentoring and training team members.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong commitment to achieving business goals and delivering high-quality solutions.
