Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 5 to 9 years of experience in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects ensuring alignment with business objectives. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) projects.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time.
  • Oversee project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS).
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Display proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
