Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Research Manager with 7 to 9 years of experience in Market Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISV Online and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful research projects and deliver valuable insights to support business decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive market research projects to gather and analyze data on industry trends competitors and customer preferences.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of research methodologies including surveys interviews and focus groups.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and align projects with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain research databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders through detailed reports presentations and visualizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest market research tools techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in all research activities.
  • Manage research budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the research team.
  • Contribute to the development of new research frameworks and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in market research methodologies and tools.
  • Should have a strong understanding of ISV Online and Hi-Tech domains.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be proficient in data analysis software and tools.
  • Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving research challenges.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a strong commitment to ethical research practices.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior researchers.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification.
