Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for ebao AIX Administration and Unix systems.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Ensure that all business requirements are met through effective system design and implementation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of system processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee the testing and validation of new system features and updates.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all system changes and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Should have experience with system testing and validation.
  • Must be proficient in creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must be able to provide training and support to end-users.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) AIX Certified Administrator Unix Certification
