Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our technical systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical team in the implementation and maintenance of ebao systems.
  • Oversee the administration of AIX systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Unix-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system administration.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure the technical infrastructure supports the needs of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.

    Certified AIX Administrator Unix System Administrator Certification
