Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Project Manager with Oracle DB/Oracle PLSQL and Agile framework/Scrum Knowledge to join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Role: Project Manager with Oracle DB/Oracle PLSQL and Agile framework/Scrum Knowledge.

Job Level: Manager

Location: Webster, MA

Duration: Full Time only

Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in managing teams across locations.

• Need to play both Scrum Master and Project manager role.

• Good understanding of Oracle DB Architecture, DB performance tuning and Oracle PLSQL.

• Should be adept at crafting innovative solutions that align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance.

• Experience controlling all stages of projects from presales to inception through monitoring and closing, exceeding expectations of being on time and on budget.

• Prior experience in client facing role.

• Leading cross-functional engineering teams globally for project delivery across multi-locations and multi-vendors for endto-end product delivery.

• Adept at learning new tasks quickly to maximize project contribution with a solid track record of consistently exceeding targets in productivity and work quality.

• Agile/Scrum master certification would be an added advantage.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills with self-motivated and pro-active approach towards assigned goals.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/30/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
