Role: Director - Global GenC Program
Job summary
The associate will be responsible for driving end-to-end GenC lifecycle globally – from GenC headcount planning, to setting SL wise targets, working with Country HRs to hire as planned, skilling the hired GenCs and deployment of trained GenCs in projects and ensure they are effectively engaged and utilized in billable roles.
Responsibilities
· End-to-end GenC life cycle management
· Drive the GenC program globally, across India, Americas, EMEA and APJ regions, by collaborating with ISLs, Markets, GenC HR and L&D teams
· Set targets and improve GenC absorption and utilization in Service Lines and MDUs
· Build scenario based models for key decisions around GenC Headcount planning, Budgeting, PA to A promotions
· Manage Executive level dissemination / communication / actions and report outs
· Build and sustain a lean, high performance team, that can seamlessly work with all stakeholders on GenC program
· Work closely with the business units, operations teams, talent acquisition, learning and development, and human resources teams to ensure that the graduates are aligned with the business needs and are ready to deliver value from day one.
· Work with GenC HR to make our hiring process is efficient, effective, and compliant with the company policies and best practices
· Work with Service Lines & GenC Academy to design and deliver technical skilling and professional development programs for the graduates
· Stay updated on the latest trends in campus intake by large IT Peers and GCCs
· Work with GenC HR across the world and L&D Teams to ensure committed GenC demand is fulfilled as planned
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of the GenCs and ensure they are productive in projects and get billed
Qualifications:
· 20+ years overall IT experience and proven ability to lead, facilitate and collaborate with cross functional teams, to deliver successful business outcomes
· At least 15 years of experience in delivering large, complex programs for client or BU or Enterprise
· Drive Change with Business stakeholders to deliver outcomes
· Proven track record in onboarding and engaging with GenCs
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
· Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
· Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively
· Excellent interpersonal, communications and public speaking skills
· Good with Executive presentation skills and CXO level stake holder management
