Summary: As an Engagement Portfolio Lead (Life sciences), you will be responsible for the overall delivery towards the Customer by running Governance both internally and with the Customer.
You will be working closely with the Key stakeholders from clients as well as from various Service Lines, commercial teams and delivery teams spread across Globe predominantly to ensure
that we provide delivery excellence through continuous innovation & improvement.

Role and Responsibility:
1. Lead the development and execution of engagement strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships.
2. Oversee the implementation of stakeholder management plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Provide guidance and support to project teams in managing stakeholder expectations and requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address stakeholder concerns and opportunities.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Ensure that stakeholder management practices are in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
8. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
9. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address stakeholder-related issues.
10. Drive continuous improvement in stakeholder management processes and practices.
11. Support the development of training programs to enhance stakeholder management skills within the organization.
12. Provide regular updates to senior management on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
13. Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring positive stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications
1. Have experience managing Delivery of IT projects & services with the team of 100+ spread across globally
2. Display proficiency in project management software and tools.
3. Experience in managing P&L activities like Revenue / Margin Forecast
4. Should bring Innovation mindset and drive the same with the Customer and the delivery team.
5. Experience in Life Science Domain is a plus.
6. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Show strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

BS in Computer science, Management, or equivalent

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 12th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $104,850 to $191,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
