Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Microservices and Java Webservices to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Ensure that all developed services are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining scalable and secure web services.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience in the full software development lifecycle.
  • Display knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
  • Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

    Certified Java Developer Certified Microservices developer
