Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. dot Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining automation solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys mission of providing innovative solutions to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation workflows.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and validation of automation scripts.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
  • Document automation processes and maintain up-to-date records of all automation activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation to continuously improve solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for automation within the organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver automation solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions to ensure they run efficiently.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use automation tools and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation activities.
  • Collaborate with the Payer domain experts to ensure automation solutions are aligned with domain-specific requirements.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in automation with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Have experience in the Payer domain understanding its specific challenges and requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in automation tools and technologies.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to document processes clearly and concisely.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to changing project requirements and priorities.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Six Sigma Certification
