Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Facets-Technical ANSI SQL and MS SQL Server along with domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of Facets-Technical to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in ANSI SQL to develop and optimize complex queries.
  • Utilize MS SQL Server to manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new product features.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes and technical specifications.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve product-related issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into product development.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all product-related activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development methodologies and tools.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Facets-Technical demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize the system effectively.
  • Have extensive experience with ANSI SQL capable of writing and optimizing complex queries for various applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS SQL Server with a solid understanding of database management and maintenance.
  • Bring domain expertise in Payer understanding the specific needs and challenges within this sector.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Show strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Certified Facets Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
