Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert in Order to Cash (O2C) with 4 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategies and domain expertise in Order Management and Accounts Receivable. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our O2C processes and ensuring seamless operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of O2C processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the management of order processing and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide expertise in pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order management and accounts receivable processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all O2C activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for O2C processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and new processes.
  • Resolve complex issues related to order management and accounts receivable.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance O2C operations.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have a strong background in pricing strategies with proven experience in implementing and optimizing pricing models.
  • Must have domain expertise in Order to Cash including Order Management and Accounts Receivable.
  • Should have excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve O2C processes.
  • Should possess strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Should have experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Nice to have experience with data analytics tools and technologies.
  • Nice to have knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts and from the office.
  • Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for O2C processes.
  • Should have a customer-centric mindset to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Must be adaptable to new technologies and systems to support O2C operations.

    Certified Order to Cash Professional (COCP) Certified Pricing Professional (CPP)
