Sr. Functional Architect - SAP EAM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement SAP Corrective Maintenance SAP Breakdown Maintenance and SAP Work Clearance Management. This role requires a strong background in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM domains. The position is based in our office and may require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP Corrective Maintenance to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
  • Provide expertise in SAP Breakdown Maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of critical systems.
  • Implement SAP Work Clearance Management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and streamline work clearance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes ensuring clarity and consistency for end-users.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in using SAP systems.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices incorporating them into the organizations processes.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with financial goals and objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-related activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement SAP Corrective Maintenance SAP Breakdown Maintenance and SAP Work Clearance Management.
  • Have a solid background in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in documenting and maintaining SAP processes.
  • Be capable of conducting thorough system testing and validation.
  • Have the ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Be willing to travel as required.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
