We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF-EC)

Tops Skills:

• 8+ yrs of exp
• Working experience with SAP SF-EC modules of Timesheet and TimeOff
• Knowledge of US Payroll and implementation experience
• Excellent English language proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
• Provide expertise in Solution Design & Architecture to develop robust and efficient systems.
• Utilize SuccessFactors-Employ Central to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Conduct Business Process Modelling to identify and address inefficiencies in workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation.
