Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced DX Product Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Persona & Journey Mapping Product & Data Analytics Strategic Thinking Prototyping and Product Lifecycle Management. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Provide insights through Persona & Journey Mapping to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize Product & Data Analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Apply Strategic Thinking to identify market opportunities and drive product growth.
  • Develop and test prototypes to validate product concepts and gather user feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage product budgets and resources effectively.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Persona & Journey Mapping to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in Product & Data Analytics to derive actionable insights.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking abilities to drive product direction and success.
  • Have hands-on experience in Prototyping to validate and refine product ideas.
  • Show proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management to oversee product development stages.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of managing product budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Be adept at monitoring market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and user satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Be capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
  • Possess a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Exhibit a commitment to driving product excellence and company success.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certified Product Manager (CPM)
