Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin M365-Messaging M365 Messaging Migration and Design & Implement Messaging Services. This role involves designing implementing and managing messaging services within a hybrid work model. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless messaging operations and migrations.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement messaging services to ensure efficient and secure communication within the organization.
  • Oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online and on-premises environments to maintain optimal performance.
  • Provide support for M365 Messaging and ensure smooth operation and integration with other services.
  • Lead the migration of messaging services to M365 ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot messaging systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement messaging policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to messaging services.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of messaging systems to ensure security and performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for messaging systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on messaging services and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in messaging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in planning and executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans for messaging services.
  • Work within a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration and MSExchangeAdmin.
  • Have expertise in M365-Messaging and M365 Messaging Migration.
  • Demonstrate ability to design and implement messaging services effectively.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving messaging system issues.
  • Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and compliance related to messaging.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be capable of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Display a proactive approach to staying updated with technology advancements.
  • Possess the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
  • Have experience in planning and executing disaster recovery plans.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show commitment to maintaining high standards of security and performance.
