Salesforce Junior Architect (7-9 Yrs): Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

· Educational Background: A graduate degree is mandatory.

· Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant Salesforce experience is required.

· Project Experience: 0-2 projects as an architect, with experience in mid or large end-to-end Salesforce project implementations across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Create architecture designs that meet complex integration requirements using tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica.

· Design data migration requirements and ensure seamless data transfer.

· Develop solutions primarily on the Force.com platform using Salesforce configurable and customizable components.

Technical Skills

· Experience in Salesforce Lightning is a must.

· Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

· Proficiency in release management and continuous integration methodologies.

· Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project execution methodologies.

· In-depth Salesforce technical experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

· Expertise in customization and configuration of Salesforce platforms.

· Knowledge of Salesforce integration with various systems.

· Expertise in out-of-the-box (OOB) Salesforce capabilities and community features.

Additional Skills

· A good understanding of UI/UX principles.

· Ability to improve architecture and optimize performance of very complex software systems.

· Proficiency in the standard data model and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).

· Capability to configure security features such as profile permissions, permission sets, public groups, and roles.

· Familiarity with Salesforce APIs.

· Experience in data migration activities.

· Experience in the implementation of various tools for code reviews, version control, and deployment.

· Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills in Salesforce.

· Awareness of the latest Salesforce features.

· Ability to seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and to make recommendations.

Client Relationship Skills

· Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.

Certifications

· (Certification as Preferred) • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
