Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and programs ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget. Experience in Procure to Pay - Payroll Finance & Accounting domains is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for the successful execution of projects.
  • Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project success.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project continuity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM).
  • Have experience in Procure to Pay
  • Payroll Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Display the ability to lead and motivate project teams effectively.
