o9 Supply Chain Solutions Architect
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning o9 Integrated Business Planning o9 Demand Planning o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 MEIO. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and domain experience in Product Development (Tech) and ISV. This role follows a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions to optimize supply chain processes
- Oversee the integration of o9 Integrated Business Planning to ensure seamless business operations
- Provide expertise in o9 Demand Planning to forecast and manage demand effectively
- Utilize o9 Supply Chain Analytics to analyze data and drive strategic decisions
- Implement o9 MEIO to enhance inventory optimization and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes
- Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders on o9 solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to o9 solutions in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in o9 technologies and supply chain management
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply chain processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning o9 Integrated Business Planning o9 Demand Planning o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 MEIO
- Have domain experience in Product Development (Tech) and ISV
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Show proficiency in project management and documentation
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $116,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of demand planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology architecture with a focus on demand planning.
- Have extensive experience with o9 Demand Planning solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domains.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in technical documentation and process optimization.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Possess the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
