Cognizant is seeking an o9 implementation architect professional, responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating the o9 Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform within an organization's existing infrastructure and processes. They will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring the o9 platform is deployed successfully and delivers the expected value.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design and Implementation:
o Leads the design and implementation of o9 Demand Planning solutions to meet business requirements, including integration with existing systems and processes.
· Technical Expertise:
o Provides technical guidance and expertise to the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the o9 platform is properly configured and optimized.
· Requirement Gathering:
o Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for demand planning solutions, ensuring the o9 platform addresses the organization's specific needs.
· Integration:
o Oversees the integration of o9 with other systems and processes, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
· Performance and Scalability:
o Ensures the implemented solutions are scalable and performant, capable of handling the organization's current and future data volumes.
· Continuous Improvement:
o Conducts regular reviews and optimizations of demand planning processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
· Documentation and Support:
o Develops and maintains technical documentation for the implemented solutions, providing training and support to end-users.
Skills and Knowledge:
· SCM Expertise:
o Deep understanding of supply chain planning principles, processes, and best practices.
· o9 Platform Proficiency:
o Familiarity with the o9 platform's capabilities, features, and functionalities.
· Technical Skills:
o Strong technical skills in areas such as data modeling, integration, and troubleshooting.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $160,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
