What will make you successful in this position?
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Identity and Security, SFDC Development & Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Integration, and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required
Responsabilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications
- Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure secure access and data protection
- Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and collaboration
- Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure proper data access controls
- Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components for improved user interface and functionality
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
- Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in Salesforce development
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce solutions
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance business operations and impact society positively .
