Job Summary

As a Lead Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our Cards & Payments domain. You will leverage your expertise in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL to drive testing strategies and automation. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality in the Cards & Payments domain
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium TestNG and Maven
  • Provide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize Jira for tracking defects and managing test cases efficiently
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for database validation and testing
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testing
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and quality
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies and tools
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to enhance the testing process
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Ensure the testing environment is properly set up and maintained for optimal performance

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Cards & Payments domain
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts
  • Have experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
  • Display a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Show commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
