Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM. The ideal candidate will work from our office engaging in rotational shifts to ensure seamless operations. As a Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in optimizing IT operations management contributing to the companys success and societal impact through innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

Design and implement CMDB data integrations from third party systems using ETL tools and Service Graph Connectors

Ensure data accuracy normalization and reconciliation within the CMDB

Monitor and maintain data quality across the CMDB

Configure Discovery schedules and credentials for infrastructure and application components

Analyse Discovery logs troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for failures

Knowledge on Discovery patterns and troubleshoot errors to ensure full coverage

Need to implement Service Mapping for key business services

Design and build custom patterns where ever necessary for unique applications

Configure new integrations with monitoring tools

Enhance existing Event Management rules and implement new alert rules

Provide support for ITOM modules CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management

Monitor scheduled jobs integrations and MID server failures resolve incidents and requests

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance IT operations efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of ITOM modules with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM to support project teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve ITOM-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ITOM processes and configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ITOM implementations.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize IT operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in ITOM processes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow ITOM functionalities.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for IT operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their ITOM needs.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance IT service delivery.
  • Support the companys mission by ensuring efficient and reliable IT operations. Qualifications
  • Possess strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
  • Show a strong understanding of IT operations management principles.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Display the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
