Windows / VMware Administration

Job Description

  • Plan, perform, and manage medium to high complexity production support tasks and activities.
  • Handle incident, change, problem management, controls, and monitoring production Infrastructure.
  • Provide mid-level end-user support, including systems administration assistance and user documentation updates.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and data backups.
  • Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new software and hardware.
  • Manage and administer VMware environments, including Esxi hosts and vCenter.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the cloud infrastructure.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patch management and upgrades.
  • Ensure security and compliance within the virtualized environment.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and implement new cloud solutions.
  • Provide L3 support for VMware-related incidents and service requests.
