Job Summary

The Business Analyst-Ops Trnsftn role involves analyzing business operations to identify areas for improvement and transformation. With a focus on leveraging MS Excel the candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the companys efficiency and growth. The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience with domain skills in Online and Hi-Tech being advantageous.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for operational transformation
  • Utilize MS Excel to perform data analysis and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular reviews of business operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Provide training and support to team members on new tools and processes
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Assist in the development of business cases for proposed changes and investments
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by driving operational excellence and innovation. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex business problems
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations
  • Show experience in Online and Hi-Tech domains is a plus
  • Exhibit ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility for day shifts
  • Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Present a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
