Job summary

We are seeking a BPO SME Data professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in performance management and possess strong MS Office skills. This role requires excellent English communication abilities. The position is based in the office with a day shift schedule and no travel is required. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance management processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in data operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on data management strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data processes with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality and implement corrective measures to address discrepancies.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members data management skills.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to optimize data management systems and tools.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of data management practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in data management processes.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in performance management techniques to optimize data operations.
  • Exhibit strong skills in MS Office applications for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Display a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
