Application Support Pleno Analyst
Hybrid Model - Sunday to Thursday - 6 am to 3 pm
Join our dynamic team as a Support Analyst where you will leverage your expertise in PL/SQL Shell scripting and Oracle Forms to enhance our Transportation Management solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve user experience. Your language skills in English Spanish and Portuguese will be instrumental in communicating effectively with our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using PL/SQL Shell scripting and Oracle to support transportation management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Optimize existing code and processes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English Spanish and Portuguese.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
- Support the deployment and integration of software solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of PL/SQL Shell scripting and Oracle with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in transportation management systems and related domain knowledge.
- Exhibit proficiency in English Spanish and Portuguese for effective communication.
- Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with cross-functional teams.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
