Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of expertise in Capital Markets and COTS Product implementation. The role involves managing complex projects in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration and delivery. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and align with business objectives contributing to the companys growth and impact on the financial sector.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects related to Capital Markets and COTS Products ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering professional growth and development.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to inform future project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with strategic business goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Capital Markets and COTS Product implementation.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges.
  • Experience in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP Certification PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification.
