Job Summary

The Process Executive - Prod Ops role is designed for individuals with a keen interest in content strategy and online marketing. This position requires proficiency in MS Excel and involves working in a dynamic environment with rotational shifts. The candidate will contribute to enhancing digital marketing strategies and content management processes ensuring seamless operations within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that support decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is optimized for digital platforms
  • Monitor online marketing trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Support the creation and management of digital marketing content across various channels
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets quality standards
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss content performance and suggest improvements
  • Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and drive traffic to online platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling and coordinating tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of content and marketing activities for reporting purposes
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to content delivery and online marketing operations
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve content strategy processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Possess a strong understanding of content strategy and its role in digital marketing
  • Have experience in online marketing and familiarity with digital platforms
  • Show ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting
