Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing complex projects within the Process and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. With a focus on Business Analysis Planning and Delivery Management the candidate will ensure successful project execution. The role requires expertise in Manual Testing and AWS IoT contributing to the companys innovative solutions. This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment with travel requirements to customer site


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for successful project execution.
  • Oversee project timelines ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Implement best practices in delivery management to optimize project outcomes.
  • Conduct manual testing to ensure quality and functionality of project deliverables.
  • Utilize AWS IoT to enhance project capabilities and drive technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate domain knowledge in Process and Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Business Analysis and Planning with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Delivery Management ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Process Manufacturing Industry and Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Have hands-on experience in Manual Testing ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
  • Show expertise in AWS IoT leveraging technology to enhance project solutions.
  • Display excellent communication and leadership skills fostering team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Hold a relevant degree or certification in project management or a related field.
