We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator Associate to join our growing team.

What you´ll do

As a Project Coordinator Associate, you will coordinate the Learning Services Program and support Go-to Market activities for digital learning events and resources. Your tasks include supporting PM and enterprise teams with event planning and customer needs, creating materials for internal adoption of learning opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders for efficient program delivery, tracking program data and providing regular reports, interacting with marketing and sales teams for business development activities, and familiarizing yourself with client's cloud graphics and digital materials according to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Program Manager located onsite

· Support PM and Enterprise account teams with template collateral, planning digital event, identifying customer needs, tracking all events and activities overall.

· Create and coordinate communications

· Work as part of a global team with focus on scale

· Assist in delivering digital events for customers, partners, students

· Data management via Workspace and some Salesforce

· Approach activities with marketing perspective

· Strong presentation and communication document development skills

· Manage weekly and monthly tasks, such as meetings, communications, asset management, event coordination,

· Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

o Be able to communicate and coordinate with Googlers, Partners and Contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs

o Track program data, aggregate metrics and provide regular reporting.

o Interact with marketing and sales teams, capturing tasks, identifying and coordinating workstreams, executing on marketing and business development activities

· Tasks:

o Hands on practice into a gamifying

o Each of these experiences also happen with an account team and its affiliates

o Event : Operational process

o Create / modify decks

o Prep for Games to be presented

· Customer success manager

o How to deliver this event

o There are nuances to this - clients may ask for XX number of games,

o Re-doing a presentation deck, work with other teams for data / information

· Invitation process

o Template to be created for invitation like a logo, customized to a customer - there are templates

o Pull from right solution and re-use

o Accuracy is of utmost importance as all people in the event might not be able to login on time

o Master presentation deck to be filled correctly

o Forms to be created at account level

o Bulk data on trixes to be handled by this person

o Analytics skills

· Long Term - Run analytics for each game and give insights.

· Critical thinking to synthesize requirements of account teams and customers so as to recommend use and timing of interactive workshop within learning journey

· Learning Services Program Coordination

· Provide program support in Go-to Market activities regarding digital learning events and digital learning resources at scale.

· Support PM and Enterprise account teams with template collateral, planning digital event, identifying customer needs, tracking all events and activities overall.

Necessary skills and experience required:

· Create creative materials and assets to enable internal adoption of digital event customer learning opportunities

· Analytical, Project management, People skills - get answers you need to get from customers.

· Excellent coordination between Internal & External stakeholders

· Strong presentation and communication document development skills

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Develop slide deck (text, visuals) that meets client’s Brand standards.

· Bachelor’s degree with Project Management experience, People Management, Learning Service Program Coordination.

Good to Have Skills:

· Fine Arts/Visual Design degree, equivalent academic or industry experience

· Video & Audio Editing

· G-Suite and Workspace
