Director - Process Excellence for Employee Experience Services within Cognizant Intuitive Operations and Automation practice


Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to optimize business processes using advanced automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of business process monitoring systems to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide expertise in Business Process Framework (BPF) to streamline workflows and improve productivity across departments.
  • Develop comprehensive business process models that accurately reflect organizational goals and facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Implement decision optimization and simulation models to predict outcomes and guide strategic planning.
  • Ensure alignment of business processes with the companys strategic objectives to maximize impact on society.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on process improvements and automation tools.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in business process management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights into process performance and support decision-making.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures that promote efficient and effective business operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in automation and business process monitoring is required to lead transformative projects.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Framework (BPF) is essential for developing streamlined workflows.
  • Strong skills in business process modeling are necessary to create accurate representations of organizational processes.
  • Experience in decision optimization and simulation work is highly desirable to enhance strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Expertise in data analytics is a nice to have skill for providing actionable insights into process performance.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional.
