This role involves leading the design implementation and optimization of enterprise endpoint management solutions.
You will architect scalable application packaging and deployment strategies across hybrid environments.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and architecture of enterprise wide endpoint management solutions using Microsoft SCCM MECM and Microsoft Intune.
2. Architect and implement hybrid co management strategies integrating SCCM and Intune for seamless device lifecycle management.
3. Design and deploy modern desktop solutions leveraging Windows Autopilot Azure AD Join and Endpoint Analytics.
4. Oversee the end to end application packaging lifecycle including discovery packaging UAT deployment and post deployment support.
5. Create and manage Intune configuration profiles compliance policies and conditional access rules.
6. Implement Zero Trust security principles across endpoint management platforms.
7. Design and configure software update management strategies using SCCM and Windows Update for Business WUfB.
8. Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern management platforms including Windows 10 11 upgrades and cloud native endpoint management.
9. Develop custom PowerShell scripts for automation of repetitive tasks and advanced configuration scenarios.
10. Architect and implement role based access control RBAC in SCCM and Intune to ensure secure and compliant operations.
11. Design and maintain high availability SCCM infrastructure including site servers distribution points and management points.
12. Integrate SCCM and Intune with third party tools such as ServiceNow JAMF and antivirus platforms.
13. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to desktop engineering and support teams.
14. Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for SCCM and Intune environments.
15. Lead proof of concept PoC initiatives for new technologies and endpoint management strategies.
