Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced 12+ years strategic Consultant in Pharma Commercial Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives that support pharmaceutical companies' commercial strategies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges delivering insightful analytics solutions
and providing strategic recommendations to optimize commercial performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market strong leader
Responsibilities
Engage with pharmaceutical clients to understand their business needs and define analytics-driven solutions.
Analyse and interpret commercial data from multiple sources such as CRM Data, IQVIA, LAD/APLD, Calls, Events, Sample, Claims, Legacy Data like EMR/HER to drive business decisions
Ability to identify meaningful KPIs/ metrics and create dashboards/reports/ provide insights to support sales, marketing, and commercial operations
Create documents such as business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, analytics plans, quality checklists, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, consulting, or a related domain.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analytics and modelling.
Good hands-on expertise with MS Office 365, PPT, Advanced Excel & Word
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and consulting skills to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $88,690 to $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
