Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting SnM business processes and production support within a hybrid work model. With 6 to 8 years of experience the candidate will be responsible for enhancing business services and operations. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day activities.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and support of SnM business processes to ensure seamless operations and production support.
  • Oversee the identification of business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise in business services to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows for transparency and consistency.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Support the implementation of new business processes and systems to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business processes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by driving impactful changes that benefit society and the organization. Qualifications
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SnM business process support and production support.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of business services operations and process optimization.
  • Show experience in documenting and maintaining business processes and workflows.
  • Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
