Overview: · We need a solution for banking client, which is capital market management system. The client is facing cost issue because of high-cost existing system. · The primary role of this position is to discuss with the client, understanding not only client business side strategy but also IT system side and conduct documentation for requirement definition. And design new capital market system with partner and support the client to secure system renewal project. Roles and Responsibilities: · Understand not only business side requirement but also IT system side one. · Create requirement definition documentation, new system grand design and project plan with partner · Understand client governance structures and processes for the project Qualifications (Mandatory) · 10+ years of experience with banking IT project · Experience with package implementation project · Having banking business and banking IT system · Experience documentation and reporting in bank company (must know Japanese banking culture) · To take the initiative to solve problems · To have an analytical view of things and to be willing to draw hypotheses and conclusions from given information. · A positive attitude and the ability to work independently <Technologies used> · Banking package: MUREX, Calypso Nice to have Experience and skill: · Core-banking experience and knowledge · Have exposure to Agile requirements gathering · English proficiency at a business level or above (TOEIC score 750 or above) |
