Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in driving the success of our card-based payment solutions. With a focus on storyboarding and agile methodologies payment gateways ISO 8583 messages and card scheme integrations the candidate will enhance our payment systems. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of payment domains ensuring seamless integration and innovation in our services. The position offers a dynamic work environment with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of card-based payment solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the storyboarding process to ensure clear and effective communication of project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide expertise in agile methodologies to streamline project management and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges in payment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all payment-related projects.
  • Analyze and optimize existing payment processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all payment system projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize domain expertise in payments to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for payment solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of payment technologies.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office collaboration.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in card-based payment systems with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Exhibit strong skills in storyboarding to facilitate clear project visualization and planning.
  • Apply agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
  • Possess domain expertise in payments contributing to strategic decision-making and innovation.
  • Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certified Payment Professional (CPP)
