Job Summary

As an Infra. Architect specializing in Automic Workload Automation you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will ensure seamless automation processes enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute significantly to optimizing workload management aligning with the companys strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions tailored to support Automic Workload Automation ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation processes seamlessly into existing systems enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to optimize workload management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure security and compliance implementing measures to safeguard data and systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating best practices into infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective infrastructure solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of infrastructure components ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance automation capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation ensuring cost-effective infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture with a focus on Automic Workload Automation.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling successful interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Showcase a deep understanding of infrastructure security principles and best practices ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Have a proven track record of designing scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Display proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations facilitating knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating relevant advancements into infrastructure strategies.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Automic Workload Automation Professional ITIL Foundation Certification
