As a ICS Community Manager, you will make an impact by responsible for handling communities the procdutcs. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with alongside internal teams with the aim of providing support for the client's online communities around the globe.
In this role, you will:
Join a Global Team that will manage Product Specialists to provide support to Spanish language communities around the world.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered
Advanced English is essential for this role, and you will be able to attend meetings in English. Advanced Spanish for a native speaker, as you will be serving clients in native Spanish.
Graduation in any discipline;
Structured problem analysis and resolution
Communication skills (listening, reading/writing and verbal).
Working with goals and meeting/exceeding client expectations.
These will help you stand out
Knowledge on different Google products and its communities
Knowledge on using Sheets, Docs and Slides for the purpose of reporting
