Job Summary

We are seeking a Anaplan Solution Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Anaplan Supply Planning Demand Planning and Sales & Ops Planning along with SQL and PL/SQL skills. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our planning processes and contributing to our companys success.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan models for supply demand and sales & operations planning to enhance business efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of Anaplan solutions with existing systems using SQL and PL/SQL to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise in Anaplan to support business users in optimizing planning processes and achieving strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Anaplan models and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Conduct regular reviews of Anaplan models to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Anaplan models by implementing robust validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Support the deployment of Anaplan solutions by conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing technical support.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality of Anaplan solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Anaplan solutions with business objectives and drive value creation.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Listing & Finding Services to tailor Anaplan solutions to specific industry needs.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing planning capabilities leading to better decision-making and societal impact.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Anaplan Supply Planning Demand Planning and Sales & Ops Planning.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data integration and management.
  • Have experience in designing and implementing complex Anaplan models.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize planning processes.
  • Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show familiarity with Listing & Finding Services domain as a nice-to-have skill.

Certifications Required

Anaplan L3 certification
