Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 22 to 26 years of expertise in program execution resource management and planning. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing resource utilization. A background in data models is advantageous. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee resource management to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans that outline key milestones deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.
  • Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders highlighting program achievements and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data models to enhance program planning and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Evaluate program performance and implement strategies for future improvements.
  • Support the development of team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful programs that drive societal benefits.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in program execution resource management and planning.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data models effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Show proficiency in managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful programs within set timelines.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
