Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Omni Connect and Omni Script with a strong preference for experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our business processes. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust solutions using Omni Connect and Omni Script to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable secure and maintainable adhering to industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development of technical documentation and training materials to support solution deployment and user adoption.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate solution designs and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from business users and technical teams.
  • Oversee the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate external solutions and services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize solution performance and user experience.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Omni Connect and Omni Script demonstrating a deep understanding of their capabilities and applications.
  • Have a strong background in solution architecture with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing the ability to tailor solutions to industry-specific needs.
  • Show proficiency in developing technical documentation and training materials to support solution implementation.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
