Cross Regional Program Manager

As a Cross Regional Program Manager, you will make an impact by orchestrating the planning and execution of both global and sub-regional strategies. You will be a valued member of the ADM team, working across EMEA, North America, and LATAM to coordinate business rhythms, facilitate market engagement, and drive executive alignment. Your role will be key in identifying cross-regional opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring measurable impact through data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Attend EMEA, Northam, and LATAM weekly business reviews and identify cross-regional opportunities and best practices.
  • Define and lead strategic projects, whether proactively identified or assigned by regional/global leads, including problem definition and solution ownership.
  • Establish and track quantifiable metrics for each project to demonstrate improvement and impact.
  • Deliver monthly updates to stakeholders, combining data insights and qualitative analysis to communicate project status and outcomes.
  • Monitor weekly KPI performance and surface key trends, such as sales opportunity gaps or pipeline progression issues.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. What you need to have to be considered

  • 7–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in technology or cloud services.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is desired

These will help you stand out

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field).
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Experience in the cloud services or technology sector.
  • Prior experience managing global teams and projects across geographies.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
