Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Korber WMS and a background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust solutions using Korber WMS to enhance warehouse management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system improvements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to ensure seamless integration of Korber WMS with existing systems.
- Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations for future reference and compliance.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features to ensure quality and functionality.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices in Korber WMS development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in warehouse management systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables by managing tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights into system capabilities and enhancements.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Korber WMS with proven experience in system development and integration.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Have experience in Finance & Accounting domains which is considered a valuable asset.
- Show proficiency in documenting technical specifications and system configurations.
- Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
