Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and support of unified communication solutions. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Teams Audio/Video Conferencing and Cisco Unified Communication Manager. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless communication infrastructure for the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and support of unified communication solutions to ensure seamless connectivity and communication across the organization.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams and Audio/Video Conferencing systems to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide technical expertise in Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Cisco IP Telephony to ensure efficient communication infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate unified communication solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to unified communication systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for unified communication systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for reference.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in unified communication technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using unified communication tools effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and support of unified communication solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to unified communication systems.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the organizations communication infrastructure to support business objectives.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful implementation of unified communication solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and its integration with other communication tools.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Audio/Video Conferencing technologies and their application in a corporate environment.
  • Have hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Cisco IP Telephony.
  • Familiarity with Unified Communication
  • Avaya and its role in enhancing communication systems.
  • Basic knowledge of IP Telephony and its implementation in a hybrid work model.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
