Role and Responsibilities:
· Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Customer IAM projects.
· Oversee the design and implementation of IAM solutions that align with business objectives.
· Provide guidance and support to the development team during the project lifecycle.
· Ensure that IAM systems are secure scalable and meet compliance standards.
· Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in IAM processes.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine IAM strategies.
Qualifications:
· 12+ experience in SailPoint IAM, Thycotic Secret Server, Ping Federate / Ping Access, L2/L3 support knowledge, Java, Scripting knowledge like Python/ Perl, Unix Shell scripting.
· Must have development experience in Automation, integrating application with Ping Federate and Ping Access.
· Good to have experience in Azure SSO and integration.
· Experience 10+ years in relevant SailPoint development and Automation.
· Experience 8+ years in Privileged Identity Manager preferably Thycotic Secret Server, TPAM, CyberArk etc.
· Strong Understanding of Java APIs, libraries, methods, and good understanding of XML.
· Strong understanding of access management fundamentals like authentication and authorization.
· Familiarity with any Java Framework (Struts/ Spring) is an additional advantage.
· Scripting knowledge in Python/ Perl, Unix Shell scripting.
· Should be familiar with application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic.
· Hands-on in Incident, Change and Problem Management

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[ 114,500 - 134,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
