Junior Analyst - IT Field Support - Factory Operations - Uberlandia - MG
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Analyst to provide IT field support for our factory operations. This role involves supporting hardware and software systems on the production floor troubleshooting technical issues and assisting in the deployment of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Provide first-level IT support for factory floor systems including PCs HMIs printers scanners and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of production-related IT infrastructure.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of factory systems such as MES - Manufacturing Execution Systems SCADA and ERP interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations.
- Document incidents solutions and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client office in Uberlandia - MG.
